We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, forward-looking, permanent full-time Pharmacist to work in several stores within a 30-50 minute drive of the Moncton, NB area; primarily in Sackville, and occasionally in Cocagne and Riverside-Albert.\xe2\x80\x9d Other opportunities are also available for a pharmacist who is willing to occasionally travel to our group of NB stores located in Port Elgin, St. Stephen, and the Saint John area to cover vacations, etc. Each Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescribed medications, and with offering consulting and advisory services to our customers and other healthcare professionals. Duties and responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Making certain that prescriptions are filled and labelled with the correct dosage\xe2\x80\x94informing each patient of potential side effects, drug interactions, and how and when to take specific dosages, before dispensing medications \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that all documentation is maintained in accordance with current provincial legislation and standards of practice, including narcotic and controlled substances records \xc2\xb7 Working closely with addictions specialists to combat substance use disorders \xc2\xb7 Providing information on medication regimens, including counselling on prescriptions, for both over-the-counter and behind the counter products \xc2\xb7 Furnishing pharmaceutical information when corresponding with healthcare professionals in each patient\xe2\x80\x99s circle of care \xc2\xb7 Participating in inventory control processes, to make sure of the up-to-date accuracy of inventory records \xc2\xb7 Assisting the Pharmacy Manager with the supervision and training of support staff \xc2\xb7 Engaging in the wide scope of Professional Services available, to make sure patients are given appropriate services \xc2\xb7 Participating in company quality assurance initiatives, to establish and maintain continuous quality improvements \xc2\xb7 Comfortable working 8-hour Monday to Friday day/evening shifts, with some weekend availability. Qualifications You Bring to Neighbourly Pharmacy \xc2\xb7 One-year\xe2\x80\x99s experience as Pharmacist is considered an asset but not mandatory \xc2\xb7 Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the province\xe2\x80\x99s College of Pharmacists \xc2\xb7 Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration \xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Robust organizational ability, with adept attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• 32-40 hours per week in New Brunswick.
• Regular shifts: bi-weekly shift in Riverside-Albert, 1-2 shifts per week in Sackville, and occasional shifts in Cocagne.
• Other shifts: willing to travel to all our group of NB stores on occasion located in Riverside-Albert, Cocagne, Sackville, Port Elgin, Saint John area, and St. Stephen to cover vacations, etc.
• Ideal candidate will be based out of Moncton or the surrounding area.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not mandatory.
