Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityUnder the direct supervision of the Manager Clinical Services, the Pharmacist will participate in the provision of direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients/outpatients living with mental illness in collaboration with interprofessional team. Duties include identifying drug therapy problems, resolving medication discrepancies, providing patient education. Pharmacist will be making recommendations to optimize pharmacotherapy, based on specialized clinical knowledge, skills and experience, given the complex and sensitive nature of mental health disorders. Pharmacist will participate in a wide range of pharmaceutical care activities including prescribing, testing and administration of drugs.
