Job Description
Yale Road Pharmacy in Chilliwack, BC is looking for a part-time Pharmacist to join our team.
We have a large volume of OAT and homeless clientele whom we treat with the utmost care and respect.
Current Shifts:
- Friday 10:00AM-6:00PM
- Saturday 8:00AM-6:00PM
- Sunday 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Closing tasks may result in an additional 15-30 minutes after your scheduled shift.
Responsibilities:
- Entering and preparing prescriptions as required
- Checking Pharmanet
- Checking prescriptions and blister packs as prepared by Pharmacy Assistants
- Prepare OAT medications for delivery by pharmacy staff nurses
- Dispense and witness OAT medications
- Counseling patients on prescription and answering OTC medication questions
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in BC
- OAT experience
- Kroll Software knowledge an asset
