We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols
Provide expert consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and modify patient treatment plans
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and institutional policies related to medication management
Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and medication inventories
Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly
Educate patients on medication adherence and health management strategies
Assist in inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and verifying medication supplies
Stay current with new pharmaceutical developments, guidelines, and best practices in patient care
Experience
Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care or pediatrics settings
Proven expertise in patient care within a pharmacy environment
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
