We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems and equipment in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with both hardware and software components. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
The Petroleum Service Technician will specialize in the maintenance and repair of pumping equipment, electrical, fuel management systems for retail petroleum stations.
Responsibilities:
Service and maintain petroleum equipment, systems and accessories essential to site operation;
Repair and maintain leak detection systems
Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner always
Exercise considerable independent judgment in solving unusual work problems.
Help maintain strong, trustworthy, and lasting relationships with our existing and new clients that will ensure repeat business and free flowing referrals and focuses on client relationships to grow and maintain core client base.
Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed
Possess the physical and mental capabilities to work under stress and control multiple tasks at a time
Scheduling Involves being part of an on-call 24/7 rotation
Key Skills:
Very mechanically inclined, with an affinity for solving mechanical problems
Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid Driver's License
Enjoy both working alongside a team and operating independently
Can make wise judgments when working independently, with no direct supervision
Enjoy being on the road and visiting new places
