Job Title: Petroleum Service Technician

Creek Energy Ltd, one of western Canada's leading fuel distributors is seeking a Petroleum Service Technician to join our team.

Specializing in the maintenance and repair of fuel pumping equipment, electrical and fuel management systems for cardlock and retail operations across British Columbia. Our services also extend to fuel polishing, tank cleaning, pump repairs, and cardlock construction. We are based in Kamloops B.C

:

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on fueling systems. Analyze electronic and mechanical issues and conduct necessary repairs. Install, program, and test new equipment. Perform plumbing tasks and use portable pipe threaders. Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License. Install and remove fuel pump dispensers, piping, and storage tanks (above and underground). Handle removal and installation of suction pumps, dispensers, and fueling systems. Replace and install submersible pumps. Conduct leak detection and troubleshoot faults. Install tank monitoring systems. Utilize hand tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, drills, grinders, and power tools effectively.

Requirements:

Possess a Red Seal Electrical Certificate (an asset) Instrument technician training Effective verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of equipment safety standards. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to travel to work sites outside of town.

Special Consideration Given to:

Experience in pipe fitting. Previous experience with OPW systems and RDR dispensers.
