Duties

Install, inspect, and maintain equipment at client sites according to company standards and safety protocols Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime Conduct routine system checks and perform necessary repairs or adjustments Document service activities accurately and maintain detailed records of work performed Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and solutions clearly Assist in training clients on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies

Skills

Proven experience or background in technical support, electronics, or related fields is preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical components, or network configurations is a plus Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks as needed

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
