We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cashier/Sales associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to enhance their shopping experience. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our merchandise. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure all products are displayed correctly. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Exhibit strong time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required. Must be friendly with dogs and customers Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when interacting with customers. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. A passion for technology sales with the ability to conduct engaging product demos effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.
