About the Team:
Reporting to the Associate Store Manager, the Assistant Manager of Store Sales, is responsible for maximizing the sales productivity at SSENSE Montreal through our Retail concept's hybrid omni-channel, walk-in, and appointment-based models.
The person will coach the client-facing teams to cultivate client relationships and will contribute to the flawless execution and delivery to meet SSENSE Montreal's promise to clients, as well as identify and address issues that may impact the client experience.

Qualifications
How To Excel In This Role:
Having a minimum of 3 years management experience in a high volume clienteling environment and retail operations;
Proven experience establishing trusting relationships in a multi-channel environment;
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, mornings, and evenings, to meet the business's operational needs;
Ability to lift heavy boxes (15kg);
Be proficient in French, as it is the work language in Quebec province.
