We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a strong commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring that pets look and feel their best while delivering top-notch customer service to pet owners. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets according to breed standards or client preferences. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about grooming options and aftercare. Handle pets safely and compassionately during grooming sessions, ensuring their comfort throughout the process. Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate records of services provided for each pet. Assist in heavy lifting of larger pets as needed during grooming sessions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in pet grooming is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while grooming pets. Knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming techniques, and pet care practices is a plus. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
