Grooming Reception Angel
Schedule:

Monday: 9am - 5pm Tuesday: 9am - 5pm Friday: 9am - 5pm
At Les Anges Gardiennes, our reception is the heart of the guest experience. We're looking for someone who brings warmth, elegance, and a touch of magic to every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Welcome every pet and parent with genuine warmth, creating a smooth and magical arrival experience Offer attentive, personalized service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail feels easy and cared for Schedule grooming appointments with precision and courtesy Understand basic breeds, coat types, and fur conditions to guide clients toward the perfect service Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently in person, by phone, and by message Prepare check-in and check-out notes, handle payments, and keep client profiles updated Support groomers with accurate service notes, ensuring every pet receives the right care Maintain a clean, beautiful, and inviting reception area that reflects our high standards
What You Bring:

Experience in scheduling or reception (pet grooming or spa experience is an asset) A calm, polished, and friendly presence Excellent customer service skills with a high-end touch Comfort working with animals and identifying common breeds and coat types Strong organization, time management, and communication skills A natural ability to create joyful, memorable moments for clients and their pets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
