We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Bather to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional care and grooming services. As a Pet Bather, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pets leave our facility looking and feeling their best. You will be responsible for bathing, drying, and grooming pets while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Duties

Bathe and dry pets using appropriate techniques and products. Brush and comb pets to remove mats and tangles. Inspect pets for any skin issues, parasites, or abnormalities. Maintain cleanliness of bathing areas, grooming tools, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pet's needs and care. Assist with heavy lifting of larger pets as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both pets and staff.

Requirements

Previous experience in pet grooming or bathing is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with pet owners. Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds of dogs. A genuine love for animals and a passion for their care. Attention to detail to ensure all grooming tasks are completed thoroughly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
