We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods and have experience in related fields such as lawn care, farming, or landscaping. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients to provide solutions and educate them on pest management.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential risks. Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to client needs. Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments while adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and client interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on pest prevention strategies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in pest control or a related field such as agriculture, landscaping, or lawn care is preferred. Strong knowledge of pest identification and control methods. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
