ICE Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Personnel Coordinator
to join our team at the Edmonton Main Office. This full-time role is responsible for managing recruitment, staff placement, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and labor standards. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and select employees for various positions
Place employees into permanent roles
Manage hiring and terminations according to ICE policies, procedures, and Labor Standards
Oversee daily HR operations and staff-related issues
Ensure employee documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with agency policies
Perform data entry and maintain employee records
Become proficient in ICE's computer programs for tracking employees, clients, and service delivery information
Provide reception coverage as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
Experience in the HR field is an asset
Knowledge of Employment, Labor Standards, and other employment regulations is an asset
Experience in the Community Support field is an asset
Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check required before commencing employment
Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle are an asset
Valid work permit if applicable
