About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor, personnel clerks supervisor In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of office and administrative staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of administrative and clerical staff.
Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines and procedures are met.
Train and mentor employees in office procedures, software use, and company policies.
Review and process administrative work for accuracy and compliance.
Implement and improve office systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and records.
Handle escalated issues and ensure excellent internal and external communication.
Participate in hiring and performance evaluation of staff.
Job Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite, database systems, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented and results-driven with a commitment to quality service.
