Responsabilites :
Listen, advise, and deliver an exceptional client experience by offering and explaining insurance products tailored to client needs
Respond to client inquiries related to personal insurance
Validate coverage and perform updates to client files as needed
Spot opportunities and build business volume, including cross-selling
Negotiate policy terms with our various insurance partners
Master the different insurance products in order to guide and advise clients properly
Follow agency procedures and underwriting guidelines when handling client requests
Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure operational quality and consistency
Actively contribute to reaching team goals and refer eligible clients to our business partners
Perform any other related tasks
Profil recherche :
Minimum 1 year of experience in property & casualty insurance
AMF license (Autorite des marches financiers)
Experience with Tarif Expert and Epic (asset)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bilingual (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills
Autonomous and resourceful
Experience as a personal lines insurance broker (asset)
Reumneration:
Base salary between $50,000 and $65,000 depending on experience
Commissions
Mobile days, sick days, and vacation
Health and dental insurance
