Job description

Krywolt Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal lines insurance broker to service and grow an established book of Personal lines business.

Responsibilities

Provide clear communication and advice to customers including renewal review/re-marketing, claims and day to day changes Processing mid-term changes on the various company portals Maintaining excellent client files - driving records, signed applications, banking information, details on conversations, building evaluators, etc. New personal lines business for our business owners and high net worth clients Keeping up to date by taking an active role in professional development

The success candidate will:

Have an in depth knowledge of a variety of personal lines products including; homeowners, automotive, recreational vehicles, travel, watercraft, etc. Experience with Applied Epic, Rating Services, ezITV Be able to work within a team environment Have an ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The following would be assets but not necessarily job requirements:

Working toward or completion of CAIB, CIP, CRM or other designations Over 2 years of relevant personal insurance experience
