As a Personal Training Sales Counsellor at LA Fitness Appleby/Dundas you would be a part of a team of dedicated individuals passionate about exploring and teaching health and fitness. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Sell Personal Training packages to new and existing members by understanding their needs and then presenting a solution while educating them on exercise and nutrition basics
- Generate sales leads inside and outside of the club via social media, phones, and on-the-floor conversations
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and responsibility in a fast paced, high energy, and challenging sales environment
- Extensive sales training
- Management training

- Key learning related to: strength training, nutrition, fat loss, muscle gain, stability & mobility programming, cardio, and more
