We're looking for a

Personal Training Manager

who's ready to take charge of growing team of trainers across multiple clubs, and driving results through people, passion, and process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate Personal Trainers across all 5 clubs to achieve monthly sales goals. Develop and execute local marketing and lead-generation initiatives (social media, outreach, referral programs, events). Manage performance metrics, sales reporting, and conversion strategies. Support Personal Training staff with sales coaching and systems training. Collaborate with ownership to develop growth strategies and track progress.

Who You Are:

A natural leader with a track record ofPersonal Training sales success. Energetic, competitive, and highly organized with excellent communication skills. Confident with KPIs, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools. Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

Hours & Travel:

Full-time position, based primarily in Coquitlam with regular travel to other locations. Vehicle and valid driver's license required.
