Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor to add to our incredible team of trainers! Please research F45 Training prior to applying to ensure our style of training is suitable for your coaching style! Duties & Responsibilities:

• Training/Coaching 10-15 hours/classes per week
• Deliver a premium F45 member experience at all times
• Correcting form and offering modifications for exercises
• Motivating members to each and every class
• Promote a sense of community with members and staff at all times
• Work with our member software daily (Mindbody)
• Coming up with member engagement strategies
• Offer exercise variations and ensure members are performing exercises safely
• Studio set up & take down at the end of each daily workout.
• Perform member consultations to ensure members are being challenged at their level
• Drive Membership retention activities (e.g. F45 Challenge)
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained
• A more comprehensive list will be provided during interview

Qualifications:

• PT or group fitness certification from an accredited organization (CanFit, ACE or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal training or group training
• First aid and CPR/ AED certificate
• Prior management/sales experience is an asset (preferably in the fitness/health industry)
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Passionate about fitness
• High comfort level with social media is an asset
• Experience in sales and retention is an asset
• Able to work flexible hours, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekend

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits:
