Summary

We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at WerkHaus in Toronto. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a supportive and personalized training experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities

Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual client needs. Conduct one-on-one training sessions in a private studio environment. Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary. Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for clients. Collaborate with therapists to integrate recovery techniques into training sessions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training space. Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer with relevant qualifications. First Aid/CPR Certified Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset. Previous experience in personal training or related fields is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively during sessions. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
