Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs. As a Personal Trainer, you will provide guidance, support, and motivation to clients of all fitness levels in a positive and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any limitations. Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and objectives. Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during exercises. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement. Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness strategies. Maintain a clean and organized training space, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to provide the best service possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
