Who We're Looking For

Certified personal trainers (CPT, NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) Kinesiologists (degree or certification in kinesiology, rehabilitation, or related field) Coaches and wellness professionals with an established client base seeking a professional training space Self-motivated entrepreneurs who want the freedom to run their own business without gym restrictions

Rental Structure

We charge a flat rate of $1,400/month for trainers to use our facility to run their business. To support new trainers, we offer a tiered rate:

$750/month for the first 3 months

$1,000/month for the next 3 months

$1,400/month thereafter
