We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness, along with a solid understanding of anatomy. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for following the tailored fitness programmes that the owner advises. This will ensure that the clients will achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and support throughout their fitness journey.
Train clients based on specific goals, fitness levels, and any medical considerations.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programmes as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
Maintain a clean and organised training environment.
Be positive and motivating.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise science to effectively guide clients in their workouts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Certification from a recognised fitness organisation.
Must be coach-able and willing to learn.
Must follow the owners guidance and principles.
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
