Personal Trainer And Group Fitness Instructor

Job Description
Develop individual or group class programs in accordance with individual's group's needs, goals and preferences
Follow correct personal training techniques, considering client's condition.

High level of group training knowledge and proper exercise techniques
Positive, confident and energetic personality
Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to groups in an engaging manner
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi task
The ability to create a fun, challenging and results oriented atmosphere for large groups
Willingness to learn and develop skill set
Strong ability to listen
Able to support our mission of helping people lead healthier lives while incorporating our fitness programs into their lifestyle
Successfully retain clients and renew their packages at time of renewal
Education and Insurance Required:
CPTN, Can Fit Pro or equivalent Certification
Proof of liability insurance coverage (most certifying bodies offer 2 million)
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
*MUST HAVE PRIOR TRAINING EXPERIENCE & LIVE WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO STUDIO
*WILLING TO WORK 5AM AND 6AM SHIFTS
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
