Job Summary:

We are seeking kind-hearted, compassionate

Personal Support Workers (PSWs)

to join our home care team. This is a

casual/part-time

position with

flexible hours

, ideal for individuals passionate about providing

heart-centered care

to elderly clients in their homes.

In this role, you will help clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship. We are looking for trustworthy, reliable, and empathetic individuals who genuinely care for the well-being of others and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care for clients, including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation Maintain a clean, safe living environment Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for changes in condition Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to management Implement individualized care plans, including those for dementia care Support clients with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when required Ensure confidentiality and respect for client privacy at all times

Requirements:

PSW certification

(or equivalent) is required

References

from previous employers or care clients Demonstrated ability to provide

Reliable transportation
