OVERNIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE

As a PSW, you help clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, transportation, meal preparation, and light housework. Responsibilities

Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients with physical therapy exercises Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Skills

Completion of your Personal Support Worker Diploma or the completion of your Nursing degree. Enjoy working in a 1:1 setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills. Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations. Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner. Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends. Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment. Willingness to enforce health and safety standards. Supportive and compassionate. Take pride in providing high quality care.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
