Meridian Home Health Care is hiring compassionate, reliable Personal Support Workers to deliver exceptional in-home care across our community.

Personal Support Worker (PSW) -- 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Overnight)

Location:

Cobourg & Port Hope, ON

Shifts

Days:

7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Overnights:

7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. PSWs must be available for the

full 12-hour shift

. Multiple contracts available.

What you'll do

Provide all aspects of personal care with dignity and respect Administer/assist with medications and complete accurate documentation (per policy and delegation) Support meal preparation and safe feeding Maintain household cleanliness and infectious - control standards Complete all required charts/notes in a timely, professional manner Offer companionship and practical day-to-day support

What you bring

PSW Certificate (recognized program) Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months) CPR & First Aid (current) Two-step TB (recent) N95 mask fit certificate COVID-19 vaccination confirmation (including booster) Professionalism, reliability, and a client-centred approach Asset: valid driver's licence/reliable transportation
