Responsibilities

Conduct outside and retail sales to identify potential clients and promote insurance products Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments Analyze client needs through consultation and recommend suitable insurance policies Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing Utilize marketing strategies to expand client base and increase brand awareness Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support

Skills

Proven experience in insurance sales preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Excellent negotiation and analysis skills for assessing client needs and closing deals Ribo Licensed 1 Year experience in Insurance office ( Preferred ) Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Adaptability to changing market conditions and client requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
