About the Role
We're looking for a
Personal Lines Insurance Advisor
to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, client-facing role where you'll help individuals and families find tailored insurance solutions, manage policies, and build lasting relationships.
If you're sales-driven, customer-focused, and eager to grow professionally, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
Advise clients on home, condo, tenant, auto, and travel insurance policies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.
Provide personalized quotes and recommend coverage options.
Review and update existing policies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Deliver exceptional service for client inquiries, billing, and claims.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with your team to foster a positive and high-performance branch culture.
What We're Looking For
BC General Insurance Level 2 License
(required).
Minimum
2 years' experience
in Personal Lines Insurance.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets.
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and brokerage management systems.
Bonus:
Professional designations like CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM.
