What You'll Be Doing:

Offering expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to our amazing clients

Handling quotes, renewals, policy changes, and general inquiries with care and professionalism

Building and growing your book of business through relationship-first service

Working closely with underwriters and adjusters to deliver the best outcomes

Keeping up-to-date on insurance trends, guidelines, and best practices

Playing an active role in training, team development, and community involvement

Helping us build a positive, client-focused, and high-performing culture

What You Bring:

Post-secondary education

1+ year of personal lines insurance experience (preferred)

RIBO licensed--or willing to get it (we'll help!)

Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset

Excellent communication + strong problem-solving skills

A client-first mindset with the ability to multitask like a pro
