to join our Edmonton team and help clients protect their homes, vehicles, and personal assets with confidence.What You'll Do
Provide advice and solutions on
personal lines insurance products
including auto, home, condo, tenant, and recreational vehicles. Quote, sell, renew, and service insurance policies with accuracy and efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service. Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and provide claims support. Ensure compliance with Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) regulations and company procedures. Use brokerage systems and insurer portals to manage client information and transactions. Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and underwriting guidelines.What You Bring
Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta)
- Required Minimum2 years of experience
inpersonal lines insurance
Solid knowledge of Alberta's personal insurance market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience with insurance software such asEpic
