We are looking for a
Personal Lines Account Manager
to service an existing book of personal insurance clients (home, auto, etc.). This role is focused on renewals, policy changes, and client retention, with some opportunity to write new business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day service of a personal lines book of business
Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy updates
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide expert coverage advice
Quote and bind personal insurance policies
Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
Keep accurate records and documentation in the broker management system
Qualifications
RIBO license (required)
2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and markets
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in broker management systems and MS Office
Client-focused with a proactive service approach
