RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Personal Injury Attorney. On-Site position in New Brunswick, Union or Jersy City, NJ. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.What is it for you:

Competitive compensation and benefitsWhat You Will Be Doing:

• Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate advice.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
• Review discovery documents to determine the best course of action for each client.
• Conduct full depositions and oral hearings of case witnesses and experts.
• Prepare all necessary documents to file cases, managing a caseload of approximately 150.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to prepare comprehensive briefs for trial cases.
• Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences as required by each case.
• Supervise two paralegals.

Experience You Will Need:

• A minimum of 5 years of plaintiffs personal injury experience.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
• Proficiency in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claims.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and exhibit strong organizational skills.
• Trial experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player while maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel to court as needed.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Flexibility for a hybrid work environment.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/year
