SEEKING FULL TIME Personal Driver/ Property Caretaker
We are seeking an individual that will attend a personal residence in Caledon to provide services for an elderly couple.
Duties include:
Personal Driver:
-Driving clients to various local destinations using client's vehicle
-May be requested to run an errand on occasion
-Bring vehicle to service appointments (auto shop, dealership, car wash)
Property Caretaker:
Complete maintenance of exterior of property
Note: All tools will be provided by client
-Snow removal during winter season
-Grass cutting
-Gardening
-Exterior cleaning with power washer
-Pool cleaning in summer season
-Leaf maintenance in fall season
-Cleaning patio furniture
-Setting up and removing patio furniture (seasonal)
+minor interior maintenance as required ie. change light bulbs
-other duties as required.
Requirements:
Must hold G-class license
Must provide drivers' abstract
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
