Responsibilities

Assist Multiply Sclerosis client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs. Support medication administration & vitamin with filling dosage as per clients needs. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual as per clients instruction. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties, including laundry, room tidying assisting with vacuuming/dusting and disinfecting common areas, bathrooms showers , mobility equipment Change non Sterilized bandage when needed. Engage client in social activities and provide companionship to foster a positive community atmosphere. Assist with transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment or resident's as needed for safety. Communicate any or all concerns to Husband immediately Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care settings is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid and CPR is an asset. Experience working with people with disabilities an asset. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with family members. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for continuous client support.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
