Job Description
Tez Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers / Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to provide in-home support to clients in the community. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and committed to improving clients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required Perform light housekeeping related to client care Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications & Requirements
Caregiver or Health Care Assistant certification preferred Previous caregiving experience (home care, long-term care, or hospital) is an asset CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Criminal Record Check (clear) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
