Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant/Inside-Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines administrative support with active sales responsibilities, focusing on expanding our business through effective management, client engagement, and strategic territory development. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in B2B sales, territory management, and CRM software is highly desirable to drive growth and foster long-term client relationships.

Duties



Manage and develop new business opportunities through

outside sales

efforts, including

territory management

,

lead generation

, and

cold calling

to prospective clients. Conduct

product demos

and presentations to potential customers, showcasing solutions tailored to their needs. Maintain existing client accounts via

account management

, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and

customer service

excellence. Engage in

inside sales

activities such as follow-up communications, proposal development, and closing sales via phone or virtual meetings. Utilize

CRM software

(e.g., Salesforce) for tracking leads, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance metrics. Develop and implement strategies for

business development

and

market expansion

, including targeted marketing campaigns and networking efforts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining positive relationships. Collaborate with management on

sales strategies

, territory planning, and

product upselling

opportunities to increase market share. Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating events or demonstrations.

Requirements



Proven experience in

B2B sales

,

inside sales

, or related roles involving

territory management

,

lead generation

, or

technical sales

. Strong knowledge of

salesforce

,

CRM software

, and other relevant tools for managing customer relationships and analyzing data. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations. Demonstrated success in developing new business through cold calling, direct sales, or retail sales channels. Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and management. Strong analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Experience in marketing strategies related to business development is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
