Position Summary
AIM is seeking a highly organized
Personal Assistant
to support our senior leadership team. This role includes administrative coordination, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operational support across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, bookings, and daily schedules
Coordinate emails, documents, filing, and correspondence
Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
Handle errands, pickups, and logistical tasks as needed
Support travel planning and accommodations
Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
Strong organization and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
Ability to travel within MB, U.S., and internationally
Valid passport (or ability to obtain one)
Indigenous cultural competency is an asset
