Rome Station is Canada's most trusted Hermes resale destination. We specialize in rare, investment-grade handbags and operate a luxury retail in Aberdeen Centre, Richmond. As our boutique grows, we are looking for a detail-oriented, stylish, and highly dependable Personal Assistant to support the Founder in daily operations and client service.

Role Overview



This is not a typical retail job, it's a high-trust and dynamic position supporting the founder of a luxury business. You'll help with everything from retail daily routine to customer coordination, WeChat content, scheduling, and administrative support. If you're precise, proactive, and love fashion, this is for you.

Responsibilities



-Greet and host VIP clients in the retail, ensuring a smooth and high-end shopping experience

-Assist the founder with appointment scheduling, personal errands, and customer follow-ups

-Maintain daily store readiness: organize handbags, prep refreshments, tidy presentation

-Create and manage WeChat client posts and respond to messages in Chinese

-Provide basic admin support (filing, order processing, errands) using Excel and Word

-Help prep handbags for sale, packing, photography support, and care

-Occasionally modeling for social media (optional, but a plus!)

Requirements



-Mandarin Chinese required (written & spoken)

-2+ years customer service experience

-Prior sales or luxury retail experience preferred

-Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and WeChat

-Discretion, professionalism, and emotional maturity

-Passionate about fashion and luxury handbags

-Experience in social media or self-modeling is a PLUS

Position Details



-Part/Full-time, in-person at Richmond retail in Aberdeen Mall

-Schedule includes weekends and occasional evenings for events

-Hourly wage + bonus opportunities

-Training provided, long-term growth potential in luxury retail
