Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various responsibilities, including event planning, project coordination, and office management. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities



Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings using Google Workspace Provide executive administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks Handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multi-line phone systems Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage Accounting and maintain accurate financial records Provide customer service support as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize Google Workspace for collaboration and document management Support office management tasks, including inventory management and clerical duties Assist Management with misc. personal tasks as required

Experience



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing processes Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry Experience in project coordination and event planning Strong communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette Previous experience in an office environment is preferred Experience with Google Sketchup is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
