We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, demonstrate professionalism, and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Duties
Manage calendars, organise appointments, and coordinate meetings with precision.
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication, ensuring professional etiquette at all times.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist with simple bookkeeping tasks using Excel, including invoicing and expense tracking for personal expenses.
Organise travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries for executives.
Support general administrative functions such as ordering supplies, managing personal residential and other investments, and processing incoming mail.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations within the organisation.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience with a strong understanding of office procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with simple bookkeeping is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Previous office experience or clerical background preferred.
