Personal Assistant

LIV Design Studio is an award-winning multi-disciplinary design firm located in Vancouver. Since our inception in 2012, we have become one of the most trusted and recognized interior design firms both locally and internationally. We have completed projects from Vancouver to Toronto and as far away as London and Hong Kong.


We are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Founder.


The ideal candidate will be proactive and intuitive in supporting our Founder with both personal and professional tasks. The Personal Assistant must be highly organized and possess strong computer skills

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the household directly as the go-to person for all needs


Booking activities or appointments


Driving will be required (vehicle can be provided)


Anticipating family needs and logistics


Undertaking personal errands


Assisting with personal events


Manage and track household purchases


Adhoc duties and tasks

What You

Bring To Us

3+ years of experience in a similar role, as an family/personal assistant


Flexible and willing to work outside of typical office hours (1 weekend day)


Tech-savvy with strong MS Word and Excel skills


Detail-oriented and meticulous with good interpersonal skills


Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


Excellent communication skills with a team mentality


Intuitive approach to providing support


Must have a valid BC Class 5 Drivers License
