We're looking for a motivated and professional Personal Assistant to work directly with the company owner. This position requires someone organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities--from administrative tasks to marketing, promotions, errands and more.
Requirements:
Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
Must live in HRM
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
QuickBooks experience (basic bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking)
Comfortable with AI tools, scheduling systems, and online platforms
Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Skilled with creating flyers, promotions, and advertisements
Able to run errands and assist with day-to-day operations
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calls, schedules, and appointments
Assist with business operations, invoicing, and record-keeping
Design and post social media content and marketing materials
Run errands, pickups, and deliveries as needed
Support event planning, promotions, and project coordination
Work closely with ownership to help organize multiple businesses and ideas
