Responsibilities
Inbox & Calendar:
Triage emails, draft replies, book/reschedule calls and trials, prevent conflicts, and prep daily agendas.
Phones:
Answer calls/voicemails, return messages (sms), follow scripts, log notes, and escalate when needed.
Confirm gym times, coordinate coaches/volunteers, arrange equipment/supplies, and track deliveries.
Docs & Admin:
Building reports, maintain Google Drive folders, update FAQs/policies, file forms, and keep SOPs current.
Finances:
Invoicing, budgeting, payroll, use of quickbooks
Light Marketing Support:
Schedule posts/newsletters, collect testimonials, and organize photos/videos from sessions.
Errands & Logistics (as needed):
Print flyers, arrange pickups, basic purchasing, and simple travel bookings.
Brand Standards:
Represent Junior Athletics with a friendly, professional tone online and in person.
Requirements
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure; strong written & phone communication.
Comfortable with
Google Workspace
(Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Able to prioritize, follow SOPs, and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
Discretion with sensitive information; trustworthy and professional.
Availability for

evenings on class days

Nice to Have
Previous/current PA experience
Customer support or office admin experience.
Basic Canva/Doc editing; comfort scheduling social posts or newsletters.
Experience with simple CRMs/Google Sheets trackers.
Sports/youth program background is a plus.
Schedule & Location
Part-time, ~
10-20 hours/week
. Hybrid: remote admin + occasional on-site or pick ups.
