Part-Time Personal & Business Assistant (In-Person - Paisley, ON)

$20/hour to start

We're a creative, entrepreneurial family in need of a dependable, proactive assistant to help us stay on top of both business and life. Based in Paisley, Ontario, we run multiple small businesses. It's a dynamic, hands-on environment, and we're looking for someone who can grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Help organize, tidy and clean spaces, tools and more Run errands (groceries, shipping, returns, tool/supply pickups) Support light business tasks (inventory, labeling, email flagging, order tracking) Assist with light yard work and seasonal upkeep (weeding, sweeping, general tidying) Make occasional phone calls and assist with basic research or follow-ups Liaise with trades, deliveries, and local contacts Occasionally assist with family or scheduling logistics

$20/hour to start

10-15 hours per week

with access to a vehicle Some training and mentorship provided -- we care more about character than credentials
