Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize daily tasks and appointments
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain and organize documents and files
Assist with personal errands and special projects as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
Reliable, with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
