We are hiring a dedicated Real Estate Personal Assistant to support a top-performing real estate agent in Ontario. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to properties for support during listings, media shoots, or team exploration. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, client communication, and content creation while serving as the central relay between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Client Support
Answer and manage client calls, messages, and emails (especially during business hours, with on-call responsiveness until 11 PM).
Book showings, coordinate appointments, follow-up with clients, and maintain calendar/schedules.
Relay time-sensitive information to documentation/admin teams.
Monitor key transaction dates (conditions, deposits, etc.) and flag issues.
Desk-Based Real Estate Support
Input showing requests, manage CRM notes, update calendars.
Coordinate listing appointments and photography/video schedules.
Handle offer registration, client updates, and internal notifications.
Work from home on weekends while actively managing inquiries and bookings.
Marketing & Content Creation
Edit property videos, Instagram reels, and posters using tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
Create and schedule social media content related to sales, testimonials, market updates, and trends.
Track social media trends and brainstorm ideas for content that helps listings go viral.
Occasionally accompany the agent for listing shoots or neighborhood previews.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Tech-savvy and quick with tools like Canva, CapCut, Trello, Google Calendar.
Experience in customer service or real estate admin is a plus.
Driver's license and access to a car preferred (for occasional in-person support).

Tuesday: Weekly day off
On-Call Availability: 8 AM - 11 PM daily for time-sensitive communications

Understanding of Ontario's real estate process and forms (OREA, MLS).
