Seeking a highly organized and trustworthy individual to support the personal and professional day to day needs of a busy healthcare professional. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a delicate balance of independence and collaboration. Excellent communication skills and management of multiple priorities are essential to ensure proficiency. The partnership between the successful candidate and supervisor will be imperative for success.
Working hours will vary week to week, many of these hours can be determined by the individual in the role and some of which will be set by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and personal commitments
Perform personal errands such as pick ups and deliveries
Assist with household management including coordinating with service providers
Correspond with additional support staff such as bookkeeping or accounting
Assist with travel arrangements for personal or professional ventures
Provide support for event planning and execution
Operate phone systems to facilitate communication with clients and team members.
Maintain and aid in electronic documentation and social media content
Requirements
Proven experience in schedule management
Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and Apple devices is desirable
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to complete tasks independently
