About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful Personal Assistant to support both day-to-day personal matters and a wide range of tasks tied to the expansion of our childcare franchise. You'll thrive here if you take initiative, solve problems independently, and manage time and priorities like a pro.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Expansion & Admin
Visit municipal offices to submit and follow up on permits, licenses, and related documentation.
Draft, proofread, and respond to emails; manage inboxes and track follow-ups.
Organize documents, maintain shared files, and keep project trackers up to date.
Coordinate with vendors, landlords, contractors, and service providers.
Conduct research (e.g., municipal requirements, comparative vendors, timelines) and present clear recommendations.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare brief summaries or next-step lists.
Personal Support
Handle personal errands and logistics as needed (e.g., pickups, returns, appointment scheduling).
Purchase supplies and manage small procurement tasks with receipts and basic expense tracking.

Experience in childcare, education, real estate, or small-business operations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local errands/municipal visits.
Schedule & Pay
Pay:
$25-$30/hour, commensurate with experience.
Hours:
Minimum 15 hours/week; some days shorter, others longer, depending on task load; generally within typical working hours but not limited to them.
